Corrugated Plastic Sheet is generally extruded from PP polypropylene after high-temperature heating. The cross-section is an "I-shaped" flute, and the thickness can range from 2mm-25mm.

 

The corrugated plastic substrate is made of low-melting fat (less than 3) PP polypropylene or high-density PE polyethylene raw materials, adding appropriate fillers and additives, and then processed by corresponding equipment, commonly known as the hollow board, calcium plastic Board, or honeycomb board.

 

Calcium plastic board is made of PE high-pressure polyethylene, added with light calcium carbonate and additives, through plasticizing, hot pressing, foaming, and other processes. The cross-section is a "W" corrugated shape with a conventional thickness of 4mm.

 

The plastic corrugated substrate is environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable, non-toxic, odorless, waterproof, moisture-proof, chemical-resistant, heat-insulating, sound-proofing, and has physical properties such as high load-bearing strength, tensile and tear resistance, and good impact resistance. And can be customized into various colors and sizes according to needs, and through modification, mixing, and surface spraying methods into ordinary, anti-static, and anti-UV hollow boards, which are highly variable and are widely used in food, processing, and logistics, Retail, packaging, advertising, clothing and shoes, storage, pets, museums, art galleries, and other industries.
