Corrugated Plastic Cell System Suppliers introduce that the plastic turnover box keeps the plastic in the runner of the pouring system in a molten state by insulating the pouring system. 1. Process parameters

The plastic turnover box is a box body, which is more complicated in terms of structure. From the point of view of use, the plastic turnover box should also be resistant to water, heat, and impact. From the perspective of molding performance, the plastic material has good melt fluidity and easy molding, but the shrinkage rate is relatively large, about 1.5% to 3.6%. The plastic deformation is large and the solidification speed is fast. It is easy to produce internal stress, so plastic is heat-sensitive, and the material is very sensitive to changes in temperature and pressure. Therefore, we can calculate the size of the turnover box from the size of the molded part and the core-pulling distance.

 

2. Mould structure

There are side holes and side four on the outer periphery of the plastic turnover box structure. 2) The molding operation is simple, only the plastic parts need to be taken out each time, no runner condensate is available, and the plastic parts do not need post-processing, which shortens the molding cycle and improves the production efficiency.

3) Minimize the generation of waste and improve the quality of the turnover box.

4) There is no need to increase the heat source in the runner part, and the thermal insulation performance and thermal sensitivity of the turnover box can be used to keep the turnover box in a molten state at the core of the runner.
